Essence of Prayer

Prayer weakens when the heart becomes too comfortable, too entertainer and too satisfied with the present world 🌎.
1 Peter 4:7, “but the end of all things is at hand; therefore be serious and watchful in your prayers”

Be sober and watchful for the sake of your prayers.

Many believers struggle to pray because they have lost sight of why prayer is necessary.
Comfort can weaken prayer as surely as sin, and the Christian life is not a playground for spiritual sleep.

There is an enemy, there is a battle, and there are souls hanging in the balance ⚖️.

If prayer is war, then sleeping at the place of battle is dangerous. Stand before God until His burden becomes your burden again.
